AUTOTAK HR is a range of membranes characterized by two special compounds: a elasto-plastomeric one containing selected polyolefins and copolymers in the upper part and a self-adhesive one that covers the lower part, which must adhere to the laying surface.
AUTOTAK HR membranes are designed to give very high heat resistance and ensure perfect adhesion to any clean and moisture-free substrate without sacrificing the waterproofing properties of the best Copernit products.
AUTOTAK HR membranes are applied without flame. The lateral overlaps between the rolls are made by removing the silicone film of the selvedge on the upper face. Head joints require the use of an approved mastic sealant (COPERGLUE JOINT bituminous adhesive is recommended).
In the Mineral version, perfect for under-tile waterproofing, the 9 cm side overlap band consists of a 6 cm self-adhesive selvedge protected with a removable bi-silicone film and a 3 cm sand selvedge on the edge that allows mechanical fixing of the membrane before removing the silicone film from the self-adhesive selvedge.
