Thixotropic mono-component polyurethane-bituminous liquid membrane, with rapid curing. The material cures with atmospheric moisture. Immediately out of rain.
It produces a strong elastic membrane with excellent adhesion to bituminous substrates. The final film exhibits exceptional mechanical and chemical properties.
The formulation has considerable advantages: its thixotropic property allows it to be applied on vertical surfaces without casting. It is easy to apply on complex profiles, it exhibits an excellent adhesion to almost any surface, with or without special adhesion promoters, dilution is not necessary, has excellent thermal resistance, the product does not return soft.
It exhibits a remarkable resistance at low temperature: the membrane remains elastic even at -40°C.
Operating temperature up to 80° C max. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties, high tensile, tear, elongation, and abrasion resistance. It also has excellent resistance to chemical agents.

DESTINATIONS OF USE
Waterproofing and protection of foundation walls, roofs, sheet metal and fibre cement roofs, plasterboard and concrete boards, repair of bituminous sheaths. It can be applied to vertical surfaces, even in a single layer with a thickness of more than 1 mm, without casting or bubbling.
COPERPUR FLASHING has excellent UV resistance and can be left visible without deterioration, although it is recommended to protect the coat with reflective paints of the SOLAR range, or with ALU-PAINT S or with elastomeric decorative paint such as COPERBIT COLOR.
Not recommended for non-compact and non-solid substrates.
WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Carefully read the safety data sheet, available below.
- Do not use indoors.
- Apply in well-ventilated areas.
- It contains a small amount of volatile and flammable solvents.
- Before painting new membranes, wait at least 6 months from their laying, except for membranes with a daring top finish or TEX that can be immediately painted. Do not apply directly to membranes with PE film and gloss film finish but remove the finish by flashing.
- Store for a maximum of 12 months in the original and unopened buckets, at a temperature of +5°C ÷ +25°C, protected from heat sources and away from open flames, in dry and well-ventilated places.
