COPERTHERM XPS is a range of roofing elements in rolls or panels that combine flat or scored EPS boards, and a membrane of polymer modified bitumen. The insulation layer consists of a single layer of self-extinguishing Extruded Polystyrene XPS whereas the membrane liner is a heat-welded plastomer-modified membrane rich in co-polymers and poly-olefins that ensure a perfect bond to the insulation layer as well of all joints.
The whole COPERTHERM XPS range complies with the Italian requirements 2.4.1.2 and 2.4.2.9 of Ministerial Decree 11/10/2017 (CAM - Criteri Ambientali Minimi) about the content of recovered or recycled material.
Thermal-insulating layer
Self-extinguishing and waterproofing extruded expanded polystyrene (EPS).
Available thicknesses (mm): 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120.
For thicknesses greater than 60 mm, COPERTHERM XPS is available only in board version.

Membrane liner
Plastomer-modified waterproofing membranes rich in co-polymers and poly-olefins that ensure a perfect bond to the insulation layer as well of all joints.

MINERAL versions COPERTHERM XPS have membranes that are self-protected with slate granules and are most suitable for use under slates or tiles and on discontinuous roofs in general.
