Water-based bituminous primer used in the building industry as a prime coat to block the effects of dust and seal concrete porosity, allowing for an easy torch-on application of bituminous waterproofing membranes.
It has good adhering and penetrating properties and by being formed in water.
Being water-based, it is neither flammable nor dangerous.
The product is odourless.

DESTINATIONS OF USE
PRIMER W is recommended as primer on concrete surfaces of concrete walls and as protective coating on industrial and civil buildings prior to torch-application of bituminous waterproofing membranes.
PRIMER W is particularly suited for waterproofing works in residential areas, where the use of solvent-based products is not recommended.
It has excellent penetrating and consolidating properties when applied to both dry and slightly damp concrete surfaces.
Once applied, it guarantees a valid anchoring to the installation of bituminous liquid sheaths or bitumen-polymer membranes.

• The product fears frost. Once frozen, the product is no longer reusable.
• Store the product in its original packaging, at a temperature of not less than +5°C, protected from heat sources and away from open flames, in dry and well-ventilated places.
